A Message from Jackson Osieboh
Co-founder and CEO at Seriecorn.
2025 marks a defining chapter in our journey to build and scale African-born technologies for the
world. From our base in Nigeria, we’ve been intentional about one thing, creating products that
connect local ingenuity with global innovation.
From the beginning, we’ve believed that Africa doesn’t need to wait to be part of the future, it’s
already shaping it. Every idea we pursue at Seriecorn begins with that conviction: that African
creativity, discipline, and resilience can build world-class technology for enterprises everywhere.
This past year, we made bold moves that reflect that belief. We launched Ozmati, an all-in-one
commerce app that enables retail businesses to create an online store, sell offline using Ozmati’s
built-in POS system, accept payments faster, manage inventory, record daily expenses, collect VAT,
and track sales, profit, and loss, all in one place.
And we’re just getting started. One product at a time. In our pipeline are products that push the
boundaries of how people and businesses operate across the continent, tools that merge technology
and culture, efficiency and empathy.
Through it all, our vision remains simple yet powerful: to create global products from Africa,
powered by purpose and possibility.
Each milestone, partnership, and launch this year has been guided by consistency and authenticity.
Every message we share reflects the heartbeat of our mission, to inspire young Africans, engage
visionary investors, and show the world that Africa is not the future of technology, it is the
present.
Seriecorn is more than a company; it’s a movement to build enduring products from African soil, for
the global stage. The work ahead excites us deeply, because what we’re building here is not just
software, but a story of potential turned into progress.
Here’s to doing more ambitious things.
Here’s to the builders.
Here’s to Africa, creating
for the
world.
